Grilled Pork Loin Chops
Pork loin chops are a tender cut of pork that is great to do on the grill for a family meal or a big backyard BBQ. When you add a good marinade and grilling sauce as well as your favorite pork rub, such as Smitty’s Hillbilly Pork Rub, it will make for a family grillin’ favorite.

Ingredients
Marinade
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Cloves Fresh Minced Garlic
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl
- Add pork loin chops to bowl of marinade, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before grilling
- Remove chops from marinade and throw them on a hot grill
- Season with your favorite rub or seasoning on both sides. We prefer Smitty's Hillbilly Pork Rub
- After putting chops onto the grill, add sauce ingredients to a saucepan
- Using low-medium heat, bring sauce to a boil stirring frequently
- Flip chops after approx. 15 – 20 minutes
- Brush sauce lightly onto the chops
- After 15 – 20 minutes, flip chops apply more sauce
- Once chops are grilled to your liking, apply another light coat of sauce to the chops and serve
Notes
Cook pork chops to 145 ºF as measured with a food thermometer before removing meat from the heat source, with a three-minute rest time before carving or consuming. This will result in a product that is both safe and at its best quality—juicy and tender.
